3. How can I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Browse our online store and select the items you wish to purchase.
  2. Add them to your cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
  4. Confirm your order.

Currently we ship to U.K Only. If you're outside the UK and really want in, drop us a message—we’ll do our best to figure something out.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.

7. What is your return, refunds and exchange policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

If any of these apply, please contact us at info@clickandtea.co.uk with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

  • Do not iron directly on printed designs.

We are committed to sustainability. Our apparel is made from organic cotton, and we use eco-friendly inks for our prints. We also strive to minimize packaging waste and over production.
